How to Order

Step 1: Select Your Tickets

• Select the number of tickets needed.
• Members: Log in to apply your discount automatically.

Step 2: Provide Guest Information

• List dietary restrictions or allergies (if any).
• If purchasing separately, provide seating requests for known guests.
• By collecting birthdates for child tickets during the registration process, we can avoid sending any unnecessary mailings or promotions. We exclude all minors from any Zoo mailings. 

Step 3: Review Your Order

• Confirm ticket details and any applied discounts.
• Ensure all guest details are correct.
• Add to cart and proceed to payment. 

Reservation Notes

• Please note that tables comfortably seat 10 guests. If your party is smaller than 9, other guests likely will be seated near your group. Parties split across multiple orders may request seating with other known guests. Seating requests will be honored when possible, based on availability.
• All guests on single orders will be seated together, though if your party is larger than 11 guests, your group will likely be split across multiple, neighboring tables.
