Event Details

• All participants must be 8 years of age or older.

• Participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult with a Penguins on Parade Marshal ticket.

• Parades are weather dependent and may be canceled if conditions are unsafe for the animals.

  • If a parade is canceled, participants will instead enjoy a behind-the-scenes penguin encounter.

How to Purchase

1. Check the calendar: Available dates are highlighted in green on the ticketing calendar.

   • If a date is not highlighted, that session is sold out.

2. Select your date and confirm your time.

3. Enter participant information: In the "Registrant Information" section, please provide the details of the person attending the program.

4. Purchase deadline: Ticket sales close 12 hours before the program start time.

Birthdates collected during registration help us ensure accurate communications. We exclude all minors from zoo mailings and promotions.
