Virtual Reality (VR) Theater

Membership discount available! Members, log in and add tickets to your cart. Discount will be applied to cart automatically. 

To purchase VR tickets: 

1. Select the number of guests in your group. 
   • All ticket holders must be over be 39 inches to partake in VR.
   • For their own safety, individuals who are 6 months pregnant or more should not ride the Virtual Reality ride. 
2. Select the date of your visit. Tickets are only good for the date you select. 
3. Confirm the time of your visit. VR is available daily, but the schedule may change, so it's best to confirm operating hours when you arrive on site.

Your ticket allows you to attend one of the following shows:

• Gorilla Trek (World of Discovery)
• The Great Migration (Worlds of Discovery)
• Flight of the Mantas (Aquarium)
• Shark Dive (Aquarium)

To see additional shows, you will need to purchase more tickets. These can be bought online or on-site. 

VR ticket does not include admission. Admission tickets or active Pittsburgh Zoo Membership is required. Non-member tickets may be purchased online in advance or at the admission gates. The earlier you purchase tickets online, the better the price. Pittsburgh Zoo members may present their card or ID upon entry.
