Program Details
Flex tickets are premium one-time-use tickets to visit the Zoo one time during the next year. If you would like the option to visit any day, multiple times per year, you may like to consider buying or gifting a Membership.
To purchase Daytime Flex tickets:
- Select the number of guests in your group.
- Flex tickets are a flat rate for guests of all ages 2+.
- Children under 2 are FREE and do not require admission tickets.
- Note: Zoo Parking is FREE!
- Confirm the 2025 END date of your ticket: November 1, 2025. Tickets are available roughly around the first of the month and roughly 12 months in advance. Newly purchased tickets are currently good through November 1, 2025. The date you select will be the last day your tickets can be used. Your ticket is valid any operating Zoo day on or before this expiration date.
- Confirm the time for your visit. You may arrive at the Zoo any time between the listed operating hours and stay as long as you like, or until park close. Selecting a time will remind you of the price. Please note that Zoo operating hours change seasonally, so be sure to check pittsburghzoo.org for any changes before visiting.
Giving Tickets to Others: You will recieve a single QR code once you purchase your tickets. The single QR code on your receipt is valid for all admission tickets purchased on this order. The QR code can be printed/forwarded to all members of your party and will be scanned each time admission is used. If, instead of a QR code, you would you like to receive physically printed tickets to provide to your guests, please contact [email protected].
